Features

The spindle is made of chromium molybdenum alloy steel, with a hardness of up to HRC60-62, ensuring optimal rigidity and accuracy. The boring bar can extend to a length of 500/800/1000, with deep hole processing capability and can achieve true circle machining to the micrometer level.

The workbench (B-axis) adopts circular oil pressure clamping, and its accuracy is extremely stable during heavy cutting. The rotation adopts servo control and automatic rotation positioning, which is suitable for various processing needs. The disc achieves excellent accuracy through professional scraping technology.

The panel design is aesthetically pleasing and in line with ergonomic grade operating habits. It can rotate left and right, and can manually control the screen and RS232 network transmission.

All three axes are equipped with imported optical rulers to improve positioning accuracy and facilitate the processing of ultra precision parts.

All castings are made of FC300 cast iron and stress is simulated using finite element analysis software.
